1) Payment Method

2)Validity Period

The listed and announced prices on the site are the sales price. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. The prices announced for a certain period of time remain valid until the end of the specified period. However, in case of price differences that are written incorrectly by mistake or not updated due to late notification by the supplier, the current price that the Seller will notify the customer will be accepted as valid. In case of error, if more than the price of the goods/service is withdrawn, the difference will be refunded. If the real price of the goods/service is different from the announced price, the real price will be notified to the Buyer. In line with the customer's request, the sale will be made at the real price or the sale will be canceled.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Your orders will be delivered to the cargo within five business days after the bank approval is received.

Cargo deliveries are received from our company on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, according to the working hours of the cargo company. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from our company address (Çanakkale/Merkez), the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-5 business days.


In case of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate. Deliveries are not made on holidays and vacations.


You will be notified of the products you have purchased with a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected are not in stock, you will be contacted regarding the issue.

The online shopping site allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, several consumers may buy the same product and the product is out of stock.


In this case;

If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within these dates, the payment made will be returned to the consumer.


RETURN CONDITIONS

1) Return Stages

To perform your return transactions, go to the My Orders page and click on the RETURN button next to the relevant order. Select the product you will return and fill in the necessary information.

After filling in the relevant fields on the invoice, put the product you will return in the box with the invoice and send it to our address. The cost of return shipments made with Aras Cargo is covered by our company.


2) Right of Withdrawal

The buyer; in distance contracts regarding the sale of goods, has the right to reject the goods and withdraw from the contract without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods. In distance contracts related to the provision of services, this period starts on the date the contract is signed.


If it is agreed in the contract that the service will be performed before the fourteen-day period expires,

the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal until the date the performance will begin. The expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the seller.


In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by fax, telephone or e-mail as stated above within the fourteen-day period and,

within the framework of the provisions of Article 4 of the Distance Sales Contract and in accordance with the preliminary information published on the website, which is an integral part of this Contract,

the packaging and content of the goods must not be damaged when the goods are tested and must be in a


quality that the Seller can offer them for sale again. The return procedures within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Contract. In case of exercising this right, the original invoice for the goods/services delivered to the 3rd party or the Buyer must be returned. The goods/service price and delivery costs will be returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest following the receipt of the notice regarding the right of withdrawal, and the Buyer is obliged to return the goods/services within 10 (ten) days. If the e-archive invoice copy sent to the Buyer along with the product is not returned to the Seller; VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned to the Buyer. The delivery cost of the goods/services returned with the right of withdrawal will be covered by the Seller.


If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason caused by the Buyer's fault or if return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller for the damages in proportion to the fault.

2) Goods and Services for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

Goods/services that cannot be returned due to their nature are goods/services that deteriorate rapidly and expire, single-use goods/services, all kinds of software and programs that can be copied. In addition, all kinds of food, software and programs, DVD, DIVX, VCD, CD, MD, videocassettes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon and the like) and cosmeticsIn order to exercise the right of withdrawal in the products/services, the packaging of the product/service must be unopened, intact and unused.

a) Contracts regarding products or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.

b) Contracts regarding products prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.

c) Contracts regarding the delivery of products that are perishable or whose expiration date may be exceeded.

ç) Contracts regarding the delivery of products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

d) Contracts regarding products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.

e) Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables offered in a physical medium if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery.

f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement.


g) Contracts for accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and the use of free time for entertainment or rest that must be made on a specific date or period.


ğ) Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly.


h) Contracts for services that are started to be performed with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
